Third-party plugin related issues investigation – our experts investigate problems associated with third-party modules or scripts and provide feedback on how to rectify the issues;
Site speed audit and assistance with speed optimization – we check the website and perform speed tests, then we give the client a list with reasons for the slow loading of the site, possible solutions. Client may also receive a price quote to solve the problem by our developers;

Free website support is more suitable for experienced users and includes only basic help, such as answers to general questions about the use of the template, its built-in features and functionality, and instructions on where to find the basic answer in the documentation that “comes” with the template. The free support plan does not include support for minor or major theme changes and customizations, filling in or replacing content with new content, or problems caused by the software installed on your computer, the hosting environment, or improper theme modifications.
How does the support priority work?
As a premium website support package owner, you bypass the queue and immediately receive answers from our experts, by mail or via social media. With the premium support plan, owners will get their requests handled first.
